What is midye dolma?
Midye dolma (MEED-yeh dohl-MAH) is a Turkish street food: mussel shells stuffed with spiced rice and served with lemon. If you know New England stuffies, it’s the same idea with a different shell.
How do I eat it?
Twist the shell open, squeeze some lemon over the rice, and use the loose half of the shell as a spoon. One bite each.
What allergens does it contain?
